Fathering Adventures

Queensland Conference and Camping Centres have entered into a partnership with 2011 Queensland Father of the Year, Darren Lewis, to make his highly acclaimed Fathering Adventures weekends available in South East Queensland.

Fathering Adventures have been successfully conducting Father/Son weekends and expeditions for several years in North Queensland and is a transformative weekend in the life of the father-child relationship. 

Upcoming events for children aged 7 to 13 years inclusive, and their Dad or significant male other:  

Father/Son Adventure Weekend (Mapleton): 25-27 October 2013
Dad and Daughter Weekend (Tamborine): 8-10 November 2013

Future events:

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for future Father-Son and Father-daughter weekends in South East Queensland.  If you are interested in attending an event in 2013 or beyond please contact Fathering Adventures via their website.  

We plan to hold another Father-daughter and Father-son event as soon as sufficient numbers are reached.
