 QCCC Mapleton currently accommodates up to 300 guests configured as follows:
- Merrin Lodge accomodates 130 guests
- Harrison Lodge accommodates 100 guests
- Letham Lodge contains two ensuited leaders' units for 8 guests.
- Acacia Complex consists of a dormitory and three cabins accommodating up to 62 guests.
Both our our major lodges have ensuited leaders' units, showers, toilet facilities and a lounge within the building. All rooms have reverse-cycle air-conditioning.
Meeting rooms:
- Letham Lodge (dining hall) seats 300 guests
- Kirkwood Hall seats 500 guests with stage and sound system
- Seminar rooms seat 50 guests and are attached to each accommodation block
 All campers need to bring sleeping bags/sheets, blankets, pillows and personal toiletries.
