 QCCC Brookfield accommodates up to 144 people configured as follows:
- Block A accommodates 56 guests in 10 ensuited rooms and air-conditioned motel-style rooms with single beds.
- Block B accommodates 64 guests in 10 ensuited rooms and air-conditioned motel-style rooms with single beds.
- Three bedroom house for leaders' accommodation (sleeps 4).
