QCCC Brookfield is a fully catered centre and includes all meals, morning and afternoon tea and supper. The dedicated catering team will ensure that you receive exceptional buffet style meals from our menu, which can be tailored to your requirements prior to camp.
The kitchen at QCCC Brookfield is inspected and approved by the Brisbane City Council as part of the new Eat Safe Brisbane food safety rating scheme that applies to the 6000 licensed food business in the Brisbane area. Brookfield’s kitchen was found to be compliant with the stringent Eat Safe Brisbane requirements.
Special Dietary Requirements:
The first class chefs at our sites always do their best to accommodate any special dietary requirements our guests may have. However, each site must be advised of these requirements at least seven days prior to camp, and they may attract additional fees. It is also useful for our chefs to know not only what guests are unable to eat, but what they can eat, as it helps in meal preparation.
Every effort will be made to accommodate these requirements. In the case of particularly limited diets (ie sports diets, preservative-free diets, intolerance to food additives, etc), it is recommended that guests bring their own special food for snacks. Fresh fruit is also available at morning and afternoon teas and during main mealtimes for the use of all guests.
