QCCC Mapleton currently accommodates up to 236 guests configured as follows:
 Merrin Lodge accomodates 130 guests- Harrison Lodge accommodates 80 guests
Both lodges have ensuited leaders' units, showers, toilet facilities and a lounge within the building.
- Letham Lodge contains two ensuited leaders' units for 8 guests
- 3 self-contained cabins accommodating up to 6 guests in each
Meeting rooms:
- Letham Lodge (dining hall) seats 300 guests
- Kirkwood Hall seats 400 guests with stage and sound system
- Seminar rooms seat 50 guests and are attached to each accommodation block
